Because we value our customers, our
privacy policy is simple. We will NEVER sell, rent or give away your
personal information to anyone outside our company, period. We will
never send any unsolicited commercial email.
When you set up an account with us, you are asked for your email address.
We use this as a unique identifier for your account and it allows us
to send you an email confirmation that we received your order and to
notify you when your order has been shipped. Your name, address, phone
number and shipping information is only used to complete your order
with us.
From time to time we send out email notifications of discounts, specials,
and website changes. By default, you will not receive these notifications,
and you must specifically select this option when you enter your name
and address information for billing and shipping instructions. This
is commonly referred to as an "opt-in" policy.
Rest assured your privacy is our concern.
Security
Policy
This site has appropriate physical, electronic and managerial security
measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the
information that is submitted. All personal contact and credit card
information is accessible only by 1andOnlyGifts personnel. When confidential
information is submitted through our website, it is transmitted in an
encrypted format and stored temporarily on our secure webserver using
the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The data is then downloaded
off the Internet and stored in an offline database that is not accessible
to any unauthorized persons.
SSL is a protocol developed by Netscape for transmitting private documents
via the Internet. SSL works by using a private key to encrypt data that's
transferred over the SSL connection. Both Netscape Navigator and Internet
Explorer (and most current browsers) support SSL.
Returns
We offer a 10 day money back policy.
If you need to return a gift, please email us at sales@1andOnlyGifts.com
or call us at 800-899-0959 for an RMA number. We cannot accept returns
without this number. We will credit the original charge card used in
payment for the retail price of the item less a 20% restocking fee,
and the shipping and handling charges. You must return your item using
a traceable and insured method such as is provided by UPS, FedEx Air
(not FedEx Ground) or Airborne. We will not accept any returns mailed
to us via FedEx Ground or the U.S. Mail. Returns shipped to us using
those carriers will be refused upon receipt and sent back to you. Items
must be returned in resalable condition within 10 days after receiving
your RMA number. If a gift is rerouted back to our warehouse from the
shipper due to a wrong address submitted or a refusal of shipment by
the recipient, we will credit your charge card the retail price of the
item, less the 20% restock fee, all shipping fees, including wrong address
fees and return fees assessed to 1andOnlyGifts.com by the carrier.
If you would like to exchange your gift
for a store credit, the restocking fee will not be applied to your returned
item(s). When you request your RMA number, please let us know if you prefer
an exchange for store credit or a refund applied to your credit card less
the restocking fee. Unless damaged-in-transit, credit on all returned
items will not include shipping and handling fees.
While we use the utmost care in packaging, if you ever receive an item
damaged in shipment, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify
the situation for you. Please keep all original packing material intact
for the carrier to inspect. Damages will not be credited by the carrier
without this packaging.
Please note that due to their nature, personalized gifts CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Please make sure you are providing us with correct spelling, punctuation,
etc., on personalized gifts! Your order is sent to the engraver exactly
as submitted to us on your order. We cannot be responsible for typographical
errors.
Any items marked as Clearance or Discontinued CANNOT BE RETURNED or EXCHANGED.
Please do not call us for an RMA number on those items as they fall under
our all sales final policy.
From time to time we do place items up for auction on eBay. There are
absolutely no returns on eBay sales items, unless the item arrives damaged.
Then our normal damage return policy is in effect.
Shipping
Our normal method of shipment is via
UPS Ground. Please refer to the UPS Ground shipping
zone map for ground shipping transit times. We also ship via premium
air. Please call us at 1-800-899-0959 for premium shipping prices.
